**What a way to get back into the swing of things.. literally! with toes to bar and kettlebell swings.
Not much to say about this workout expect that it might be a little taxing on the grip going from the swings to the toes to bar (T2B).
A few ways we’ve been scaling the T2B is with hanging knee raises or even better is working on kipping levers so you’re actually using your lat muscles to generate some movement and power through the push/pull movement. Key thing here is to keep your body – ankles to midsection – tight so you can maintain the movement.
Swings don’t have to be overhead, but we’d like you to start getting them shoulder/eye level. Heavier swings have been a mainstay recently, so if this weight is too heavy for you, hopefully you’re trying a heavier KB than what you would swing overhead.. with good form, of course.
