**As much as you love the heavy stuff, you can’t get away from the skill work. Grip fail you after the hang clean pulls during Monday’s complex? I bet hanging on the bar will help.. oh, hey there, toes to bar. I’m leaving it up to the wicked mind of the coaches to design work to help you work on core strength, grip strength, kipping, etc.. whatever they think you need work on. Run this bad boy EMOM style (maybe 40 sec work, 20 sec rest/rotate) to give you a good amount of work to rest ratio.
Follow it up with some heavy work with the kettlebells, dball, and dumbbells — all the things!
