**Starting off the weekend with a fun workout. I’m excited for this one, but not so much for the weight. Same weight as you used for “Armistice” on Monday. But we’re going overhead, and squatting, and thrusting (squat and press). So that right there is an automatic “aight imma scale” for me. There was a workout on October 26th that had similar movements, but you received burpees as funishment if you put the barbell down. Not the case today. But the Rx weight is more, and the volume of reps is increased. Choose your weight wisely.
