**As noted above, this is our second back squat day this week. If you were here Monday, you’ll do it as listed. If you were not here on Monday, you’ll do Monday’s heavy 8s. Either way, you’ll get in some decent volume.
We’ll put the pistol practice from 2 weeks ago to use today. Dumbbells will be in play today as well, but only a single one after yesterday’s double DB thrusters. Shoulders a tad sore? Be sure to use your legs to jump the weight overhead instead of trying to single arm swing it up.
