**Starting off the day with 15 min of dedicated skill work – handstand push ups! If you have them kipping, let’s work on strict; if you don’t have any, let’s work on some progressions in the video linked above as well as do some shoulder strengthening work.

We’ll follow this up with a previous CrossFit Open workout. This one is short and is from 2013. You’ll look at that barbell weight for the S2OH and deadlifts and think that’s craaaazy light, which it is! But you’re getting in a decent amount of volume in with those box jumps, so there’s no relaxing in this short amount of time. Check out the shins of your fellow members and I’m sure you can see some scars from a little slip of the mind when they decided to just float atop the box instead of jumping. Yeah.. ‘oops’. We don’t want any ‘oops’s’ today, so let’s stay focused throughout the entire class.
