Fran – Grace – Diane

Today is Sean Chua’s last day of coaching at Old City before he and his wife, Katie Quindlen, move to Pittsburgh on August 6, so he got to pick the workout for the day. He picked ALL of his favorite movements to do, and it’s 3 girl WODs for the price of 1!

Fran – Grace – Diane (Choose your own order!).
^Fran – 21-15-9 Thrusters (95/65), pull ups
^Grace – 30 clean and jerks (135/95)
^Diane – 21-15-9 Deadlifts (225/155), handstand push ups

The clock will be set to 10 minute intervals, and once you finish the workout, you rest the remainder of the 10 minutes. At the start of the next 10, you start the next workout. And then the next 10, you start the last workout. Score is total time to finish all 3 workouts.

So example:
0:00-10:00 – finish Fran in 6 minutes, I rest 4 minutes
10:00-20:00 – finish Grace in 3 minutes, I rest 7 minutes
20:00-30:00 – finish Diane in 8 minutes, DONE.

My final score is 17 minutes.

**Sean will be doing the workout at Sunday morning open gym and would love to have people to join him (and hopefully not make the Sunday evening class run out of barbells)! And even if you don’t like working out on Sunday’s, he’d love to see everyone at Haymaker shortly after the workout on Sunday (6:30ish).
