**Starting off the week with some beloved hotel work. Ever find yourself away from the gym and itching to get in a workout? Stick with a nice 3 x 10 routine, and that will do the trick. We’ve got some single arm bench press, Bulgarian split squats, and and RDLs to light up your legs and pecs.

The workout movements are a bit similar in that we’ll have you doing some lunges, but jumping and switching legs each rep. Snatches will replace the press, and we’ll be alternating arms and from the ground each rep. Start each round of snatches with the opposite arm, and you’ll be ready to go for the overhead squats. This is something we rarely program, so give it a shot. But if you need to scale the movement and want to stay with the heavier DB, do single DB front rack squat. Keep your form in check.
