**Short workout today since the focus is on the front squat. I’d like to circle back to Wednesday’s clean and jerks since some missed jerks (self, included) were due to a poor rack position. ELBOWS. UP. If that’s a struggle for you, roll out your triceps, roll out your lats, stick your thumb in your armpit and grab the skin. Loosen up these tight areas so you can get in a good rack position, and your wrists will probably stop hurting, too. As with all squats, we’re looking for depth. A heavy lift is awesome, but full ROM is sexy af.
