**A bit of an upper body intensive day, but it should be a fast one! We haven’t done a bench press this heavy since a 5 the week of January 14th, and a 10 the week of December 17th. It can be easy to go too heavy too quickly.
The workout will have everyone starting off together, but the added 20 sec rest between each round will quickly split everyone up. The snatches will come the ground, straight up, each time – so no swing back. And with only 4 burpees at a time, it can be easy to cheat the ROM. STAND UP!
