**Strength and skill day. Starting off with some front squats, and finishing with skill work. Focusing on two tough movements, and for good reason — because we don’t spend enough time on them. I also think both will show up in one of the three remaining Open workouts.
There are many, many ways to scale them, and one of them is to work on pulling and pushing strength – seated DB presses, dumbbell rows. As we’ve done with the strict KB presses, the movement should be slow and controlled.
