Handstand work — get inverted!

**We’re going back to some snatch work, a pair we haven’t seen since January 23rd and January 11th. Key thing here is foot work, to make sure that when you land on the power snatch, that you don’t need to readjust your feet for the overhead squat.

For the second portion of the strength work, we’ll do some heavy carries. Two weeks ago we had the pleasure of carrying the dballs, and this week is 2 kettlebells. Working every other minute, this is a great way to improve your grip work as well as develop your shoulders and surrounding muscles.

We’ll wrap up the class with the opportunity to get upside down. This is a great chance to do some walk walls, kick up and hold a handstand, strict push ups, or even walking on your hands. If you rarely have time to stay after class to work on your weaknesses, we’ve built time into class for you to do so.
