**Following up out first Open workout with some front squats. Keeping the reps high this week, we’re really forcing you to stay braced and hold a solid rack position. We’re also making you hold onto the bar to cycle he clusters. Yes, it’s only 2 reps, but they will start to get spicy on the later rounds. If you need to scale he reps, scale the reps of the double unders. And if you need to scale the weight of the clusters, drop that down so you have a clean turnover on the clusters.
