**Open prep time! Repeat from 2011.. or a new workout for many of you. Either way, it’s a good way to get in the spirit of the Games and we are TWO WEEKS AWAY from the start of the CrossFit open. Be sure to sign up (see info in the newsletter that was sent out Feb 1) and participate in the Friday night lights this year.
We’ll be checking to see if both feet touch the bar at the same time, and if you’re getting proper height on those wall balls. I’ve been spending most of the day shouting ‘no rep!’ and people on the street, so I’m ready to coach on Thursday.
