**I like this combo of movements – jump rope and barbell – and the increasing difficulty of the various snatches. This is a good way to work on them while under pressure of the double unders (physically and mentally) without it being too heavy of a weight. Really dial in that technique, especially on the final set of snatches. We’ve been doing a lot of power snatches and overhead squats in our double strength day, so this is a chance to build on that and work on cycling the movements as part of a metcon.
