**Here’s our benchmark girl WOD for November.. getting it in under the wire!
As we did with “Annie” in October, we’ll give you a chance to do some skill work. This shouldn’t be a 16 min AMRAP. The idea behind this – and most EMOMs that we do – is to give you time to rest/recover. So spend anywhere from 15-40 seconds doing work, and try to rest at least 20-30 seconds before moving on to the next movement.
Pick a weight lifting and gymnastics movement you need work on. Stop avoiding your weaknesses.
