**Pull, pull, pull, and push today. Deadlift for 5s, row (from the ground, flat back) for 8s. Increase weight, this is not a max effort workout.
Cashout has you decreasing the weight significantly to pull sumo style nice and high, and thrust quickly.. (let’s keep it clean… this is a family page). Everything unbroken, rest 2-4 breaths between the movements. I’m sure we’ll see some fast times here.
