20 Amer KB swings – 53/35
**Simple, yet effective. Nothing terribly soul crushing, just 20 minutes of work. The KB swings should be done unbroken by more experienced athletes. There’s no shame if you have to break up the reps. I’d rather see you do that vs have shitty form trying to get it overhead. And you’ll eventually have to break up the dips when you start to feel the burn in your triceps. Biking and box jumps are cardio, but try to keep pushing a higher tempo on both instead of cruising along. You can make this as hard or easy as you want it to be. Do the work.
