**Oh hai, back squats! You’ll see this theme throughout the month – heavy 5 for the power lifts (squat, bench, dead) and heavy 2 for Olympic lifts. Goal is to be able to do a little more every week.
The workout has you moving here with heavier than usual wall balls, pull ups that should hold together since you work/rest with a partner, and just enough dumbbell snatches to wet your whistle.. and leave you wondering how many rounds you could get if you did this workout on your own.
