*The focus today is on the bench press since we’re building to a 1RM. You might’ve sensed a theme with the clean and jerk 1RM yesterday, the bench 1RM today, I’ve been hyping up the deadlift 1RM on Halloween (Wednesday) and you’ll see a back squat 1RM next Saturday. So the workouts to follow *might* not be as intense since your CNS is getting enough of a hit on the strength work. Which is why you’ll see lighter than usual weights today for the dumbbells. And it’s also to give those who did yesterday’s workout with the front squats a bit of a break on the man makers and lunges. Feeling fresh? Go ahead and bump that weight up, cowboy.
