**We’re following up last week’s pause front squats with some pause back squats. Same concept. I believe morning folks were saying their front squats were about 15-20# less with the pause than without, so that *might* me a good gauge today as well for back squats. Not a rule! Just something to keep in mind.
Single arm KB work to follow with some burpees thrown in to keep you honest. I feel like it has been awhile since we’ve done a good KB flow/complex like this. Reps are low enough that you should be able to do each movement unbroken and go from one to the other quick easily. Keep those cleans tight to the body and those jerks jerky – no push presses, ya’ll. Know the movement, do the movement.
