**Heavy snatch today to follow up yesterday’s barbell complex. How are your shoulders holding up? Looking at the Rx weight for the wod, this should be something you can move fairly consistently – not necessarily fast – for the first couple of rounds before you might have to start breaking it up in two sets. It’ll get heavy. Medium volume here, especially after heavy snatches in the strength and doing the burpees. No hard time cap here, but still aim for a finish around 12-15 min.
