**After Thursday’s burner, this should be a fun one. We’re slowing things down and working the class time (after warm up) on this complex. The 30 min clock will run, but it’s just there to keep you in check so you can keep track of your rest between sets.

This workout is also a great time to work on pieces of this complex. If you’re struggling to get the timing on the hang clean pulls, do a few sets of just that movement. Need extra work on the jerk? Take the time! Work on the split jerk before the weight gets too heavy during the complex to try it. Make sure you can do it at a lighter weight. You don’t *have* to spend the entire time just building and building on this complex. I know *everyone* needs work on *something* in this complex, so do that – work on your weaknesses. If you’ve maxed out in 15 minutes, ya done messed up.
