**This one is a doozy. It has a little bit of everything – running, heavy weight, body weight movement. We’re keeping the reps on the cleans pretty reasonable, but you might be feeling those push ups by the second round, and for sure by the third.
Looking at a 30 min cap/finish for this one to keep you moving. These 5 rounders are tough because it isn’t until the start of round 4 where you start to think ‘I’ve got this’. Change your mindset. Have that mentality going into the workout – you can finish, and you will finish. Note your time after the first round and try to stick with it per round. Under 30 min gives you 6 min/round. Take away 2-2:30 of that for the run, at most 90 seconds for the cleans, and you’ve 2 minutes for the push ups. This workout favors a well rounded athlete – swift of foot, strong, and nimble.
