**Starting off the week with our double strength day. We’ve got front squats followed by push presses, followed by putting those two movements together for thrusters. Easy peasy lemon squeezy! It’s part of a partner WOD that keeps everyone in place, which means there is no GHD sub for sit ups. *shrug* Also, one barbell per group. On a short and fast workout like this it can be easy to shorten your ROM for get a higher score, so keep that in check. What I mean by that is don’t do it. Right? Hit the standards the coaches tell you to.. not just today, but erryday. Get after it!
