400m run w/ med-ball
20 med-ball cleans
15 med-ball sit ups
*If you finish under 5 min, rest during the remaining time

Use the same ball for all 3 movements. A key point on the med ball clean, as people LOVE to rush through this movement.. is simply – don’t. Don’t rush. Be mindful of the movement and do it correctly. Keep the laces up or out – however the coach instructs you. Rushing through this leads to not showing full hip extension, spinning the ball, not hitting depth on the squat. It is possible to move fast and do the movement correctly, but avoid RUSHING through it just to get through it, and doing the movement with sloppy form.
