**The day y’all have been waiting for – back squats! Let’s get under the bar and get some volume. We did 3x back in late January and early March so those *could* be used as a gauge for weights you can hit.. in the near future. I’ll say this ad nauseam – heavy 8 8 RM. Cool? Get comfortable with the bar on your back, work on your set up and walk out, and make sure you’re hitting depth.

The metcon that follows is pretty chill. It’s *only* 10 minutes of fun, but these short WODs the last 2 weeks have been pretty intense – the 12 minute AMRAPs. So hit this one hard and aim for 5 rounds.
