**You’ve seen a lot of deadlifts recently in workouts – high reps, low weights. Time to increase the weight and lower the reps. Going for a heavy 3 this week, and a heavy single next Wednesday. Mark your calendars especially if you missed the CrossFit Total over the weekend.

I’m not a huge fan of an intense workout after heavy deadlifts. But I do love me some sprints. The 300m route is through the alley. Please, please, PLEASE be careful when making your turns. We’ll probably have a look-out for each class stationed at the alley to make sure no one gets hurt.
