P1 completes the T2B, then P2 completes the T2B. This continues through the front squats.

^^On the bike, complete the total calories required by cutting it in half per person. Ex, if it’s a M/M team, they will do 6 cal each.
If it’s a F/F team, do 5 cal each. If it’s M/F, decide between yourselves.
