**I don’t know about you, but my upper body is feeling a little fatigued after the last couple of days. I spent some time on the foam roller after class, then hit up this 20 min yoga video with Katie. It was just what I needed. Check it out! Also, shout out to her assistant who makes an appearance at the 3:15 mark. 😉

So we’ve got some overhead work – snatches and overhead squats. We did this combo for a heavy double on July 6th, so let’s see where we’re at today for a triple. Remember, this is done as a couplet x 3, and not PS/PS/PS + OHS/OHS/OHS. Make sense? Patience is key from the ground to the hang, and making sure you’re in control before starting the descent on the overhead squat. Smash the back with some barbell rows, and round out the ‘back and bi’ day with some empty barbell bicep curls because.. why not? right??
