**This is a tough one.. physically, mentally, etc. There’s a lot of volume and hip hinging in all four movements. You’ll notice that the weight decreases as the workout progresses. This is a tribute workout to honor the 343 FDNY firefighters who lost their lives on 9/11 during the terrorist attacks on New York City 20 years ago.
