**How about yesterday’s chipper.. amiright?? Ooph! I think the general consensus was Man Makers are harder than Devils Press, and 10 of them were PLENTY! I hope you still have a little gas left in the tank for some strength and a quick metcon today. Bring your jump ropes and your legs. We’re doing a repeat of back squats from last week – going for a heavy 8 again. Get some volume in ya, and then we’ll drop the reps. If you were here last Friday, let’s see if you can add 5-10# to your total. Again, hit that depth! I high weigh is awesome, but not if you’re short changing yourself on the ROM.

I’m looking for folks to go unbroken on the swings and get that full ROM, too. For the peeps really good at dubs, try to go unbroken each round for some Rx+ action.
