**Skill work to start of the day and the week by getting on the rig to toughen up your hands. You’ll be on the rig later this week, too. Need chalk? That’s cool – BYOC. Hopefully all the deadlifts we’ve been doing has helped improve your grip as well. And you’re in luck! Because we’ve got deadlifts coming up on Thursday.
Enough about other workouts, let’s focus on today. We’re working on body position before getting on the rig with some ‘beat’ or kipping work with the lat pull ups, before finally starting to raise our legs.
The workout doesn’t look fancy, and that should be one take away. Another should be what position your body should be in for the double unders and swings. You’ll get in some core work on the sit ups, sure, but you’ll need that planche and lat pull up carry over to stay upright on the jumps and swings.
