**Starting off the day with the girl benchmark WOD “Helen”. I’ve included a couple pictures of the whiteboard so you can compare to previous times.

Then it’s back to some hypertrophy work with high rep back squats to finish off the day. If you recall, we did 10 RM back squats back on 5/21/18, sets of 12’s on 5/4/18, and sets of 8’s on 4/28/18. Check back to those dates to see how much you listed and use it as a guide for today. You shouldn’t be wrecked from Helen, but take your time getting in a good warm up afterwards so you’re ready – physically and mentally – to tackle the squats.
