**Not much to say for today except pick up a heavy barbell. No this isn’t a misprint, just starting that the hour long class time will be spent on the deadlift.

We started with 12s, 10s, some eccentric work, and then hit some 5s, and 3s, so let’s see where we’re at. I’m not a fan of hitting a metcon after heavy deadlifts because your CNS (central nervous system) takes a big hit. So focus on the big lift, and we’ll get the cardio in another time. Besides, we’ve had enough cardio this week. Gotta love a single modality day from time to time.
