Accumulate 1 minute L‐sit hold
Run 400m, or Bike 800m (.5 miles)
L‐sit scales: bent knee, 1 min of leg raises. L‐sit can be on parellettes, rings, or hanging from pull up bar.
Parellettes, feet above parallel is RX
*must accumulate a full min of an L‐sit/scaled L-sit
‐ this should take ~3‐4 min unless you can L-sit for a full min unbroken.
**”For quality” suggested times for most should be in the 15‐20+ min range.
