**Setting aside the strength work for a day and getting after a longer workout. Today features a decent amount of volume in both unweighted lunges and box jumps. The double DB snatch you’ll start to see more frequently, too, from the hang and ground. The latter, with a burpee, is a Devils Press, which you’ll see from time to time as well. The legs, particularly your hip flexors, are going to be taxed on this one from the run to lunges, and then getting you through the box jumps. See what you have left in you at the end of each round to get the dumbbells overhead.
