**Long workout today. What I like about these specific movements and the reps for each movement is that you’re spending *about* the same time on each one. At most, I’m thinking 90 seconds per, which includes transition-setup-chalk-water-dick around-waste time-chalk up again because you can never have too much chalk for box jumps.. What I’m getting at is move through the workout consistently and methodically. Most of you have done all these movements before, we know how to scale, so get after it.
I want to highlight the dball and toes to bar today. For the dball, this Rx weight seems to be a challenge for people but I’d like to challenge you to *try* it, or try going heavier than usual. Even if that only means doing 4 reps of the 10 with the Rx, or a heavier weight.. then do it! Same with the toes to bar. If you have a few, but you’re doing single after single. Do half of it as singles before scaling down to knees to elbow, or getting you feet as close to the bar as possible. Don’t just go to the easier movement right away. The time domain is set today, we’re not working for a finish time, so spend a little extra time on those movements or weights that are a bit of a challenge for you.
