**Classic benchmark girl WOD that’s not part of our regular rotation. This might be a first for many. It’s grinder! Keep moving on the box jumps and parse out the wall ball shots to something that allows you to hold a consistent pace. The run can be used to recover your upper body- shake out your arms and keep your shoulders relaxed – as well as your legs if you stick to shorter steps with a higher cadence.
Breathe and keep moving.
