**The time domain is set on the workout, so it’s up to you to see how many rounds you can complete. The challenge with this one is to do the wall balls and swings unbroken. If you can’t do that at the weight listed, and height required for the wall balls, lower the weight used. The video linked is for American/overhead swings, yet you can do whichever style you want to go unbroken. The goal is the consecutive reps, not necessarily the weight listed. I know for experienced folks that you can do the weights, but you need that little push to keep going. The volume of reps for each movement is manageable unbroken as well. The longer time domain will give you a little more time to collect yourself between movements. The pull ups are required to be unbroken, but the challenge to go chest to bar v chin over, even if that means doing them as singles.
