**Quick check.. shake your arms out.. do some arm circles, huggers or swimmers to stretch your lats, and anything else to see how your shoulders are feeling. Not too bad? Good. We’ll be using them today, so I hope you’re ready! Slowing things down and ending the week with our double strength day. Two different things to focus on – cycling the barbell and overhead strength and control. Move quickly; move slowly. The EMOM will get you ready to do workouts like Isabel so you don’t get gassed on the cardio aspect of the heavy (relative to you) barbell in workouts. And if you’re hesitant to do snatches with a squat, here’s a chance to gain some confidence with your overhead position by doing overhead squats.
