**Taking that clean practice we did on Wednesday and putting it to work today. No pauses and the weight is the same throughout and for all the barbell movements. Something to focus on today is completing the barbell movements in as few sets as possible. Sets of 5 look pretty tempting, but try for something like 8-7-6-4. Even the double unders can get frustrating, so aim to finish them under 1 minute. Doing 2-3x the reps as single unders will get you some cardio, but not any closer to doing double unders. Penguin hop/hip taps, or even doing as many dubs as you can in 1 min will get you the practice you need and minimize the frustration that can happen when still learning to string together multiple double unders.
