**I believe I wrote in the weekly blog post that this workout is a bit of a ‘fractured Fran‘. I think seasoned CrossFitters get a bit of a twitchy eye when they see thrusters and pull ups. The total reps are the same as in Fran, but we’re increasing the level of difficulty *slighty* with a hang cluster v thruster. So.. you’re welcome? *shrugging emoji*. I look at it this way – instead of focusing on “Fran”, think of this as another opportunity to work on pull ups and barbell cycling. There ya go.
