**After slowing things down with Wednesday’s double strength day, we’re going to pick up the volume and duration of the workout today. Intensity will be a little lower than Tuesday’s workout that was 8-12 minutes long since we’ve got another long grinder. This is similar to CrossFit Open workout 16.5, with the added movement of a 200m run to break up the monotony of burpees and thrusters. We still want you moving. We still want you to get through this as quickly as possible. Keep breaks short, stay close to your barbell, and grind it out.
