**We’ve got a doozy today. A lot of movement, a lot going on, but it should be fun. No new movements today, just some volume, so we’re lowering the weight on the DB movements – man makers and farmer’s carry – and keeping it at the “normal” height/weight for the burpee box jumps and wall balls. With the added volume comes some strategery — break each movement down into manageable reps to get through each one. Don’t run out of gas on the man makers only to fall apart on the farmer’s carry. Again, these aren’t new movements, just different reps. Plan ahead on when you’ll break up the reps – if you need to – and manage your rest, then keep pushing on.

Also, watch out for the bricks at the corner of 10th and G St. They sometimes jump out at ya and trip ya.
