**Double strength and skill day. Working on some snatches from above the knees, as well as overhead strength and stability work with the DB overhead squats and Turkish Get Ups. For many folks, these last two movements are mover about improving your mobility before trying to use too much weight. And for some, a TGU can be practiced with just making a fist with your hand or holding onto a tennis ball while you work on stability throughout the movement if you are very new to the movement. This is the month to be working on overhead mobility, so there will be lots of time spent working on mobility, too, with drills you can do at the gym or at home.
