^Completd as 50 swings, 50 jumps, 25 T2B, 500m row, etc.

**A long workout to start off the week, and this is one I like to call a grinder. To get through it, keep plugging/chipping/grinding away at the reps for each movement. This is a classic ‘sexy metcon’ workout that skips the strength work and gets right to the fun stuff. So have fun with this one.
