**Wrapping up a cycle at the start of the month. We’ve been alternating push ups and floor press the last 4 weeks, and you’ll continue to see some pressing over the next 4 weeks. I love a good mix of pulling and pushing, flexion and extension, weighted movements and body weight movements. This looks simple – and it should! – but the challenge will be in the toes to bar. How is your grip strength? Can you go unbroken on the swings and manage to hold onto the bar for all 9 T2B? Or will it the be box jump that slows you down?
