*Continue this pattern, adding 3 reps each movement, until the 7 minutes is up.
Additionally, any form of clean (muscle, power, squat) is allowed. As with the jerk, any form of shoulder to overhead (strict press, push press, push jerk, split jerk) is allowed, so long as the elbow, shoulder, hips and knees are fully extended, and the bar finishes directly over the body with the feet in line.
