**We’re back! You’re back! And I hope you’re ready to get after it. A little R&R does the body GOOD.
Nice little triplet to welcome you back. This one includes some cardio and TWO weighted movements. I see this as a cardio v strength workout, too. Those deadlifts might be heavy for some, but there’s not a lot of rest happening between any of the movements to give you a chance to catch your breath. I’m not a ‘the run is your rest’ person, but it is a chance to pay more attention to your breathing and how to use it to your advantage during the wall balls and deadlifts.
