**I mean.. what more is there to say about this day? We’ve been building up to it since the first week of April. Started out with some volume work at 10s, 8s, 6s.. did some pause and tempo work, before finally hitting some 5s and 3s before today. Get that depth. A heavy back squat is more impressive when you hit proper depth.. so have your swole-mates keeping you in check!
